HSE & QA department is responsible for maintaining the working environment of the organization so that we meet the mandatory regulations according to our functions. This is done according to requirements of the environmental management system (ISO 14000). The stakeholder of this part of our work is the society that we work in and for.All the company rigs have an HSE advisor who is on the rig all the time whether in operation or not and is responsible to minimize our impact on surroundings during and after our operations. This includes monitoring our contractors’ performance.
According to GPT guidelines defined for subsidiary companies, all of them have to establish Integrated Management Systems (IMS) including ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO/TS 29001. GPT Kish was the first subsidiary company to be certified by an internationally reputed third-party certification body (Moody International Certification--MIC).
